Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day unconditional refund policy for our Pro license keys, in full compliance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked. This policy applies to all Pro license key purchases made through our Paddle checkout.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with your order details:

Subject line: “Refund Request — [Your Order ID]”

Please include your Paddle order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email) so we can process your request promptly.

3. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of approval.
The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Once a refund is issued, the associated license key will be deactivated immediately.

4. Exceptions

Refund requests made after the 14-day window may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevent the service from functioning as described.
