We offer a 14-day unconditional refund policy for our Pro license keys, in full compliance with Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked.

How to Request

Contact us at nikeandocean@gmail.com with subject line "Refund Request — [Your Order ID]". Please include your Paddle order ID from your purchase confirmation email.

Processing

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of approval.
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
Once a refund is issued, the associated license key will be deactivated.

Exceptions

Requests after the 14-day window may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues.
